Paddle & Praise

A Monthly Morning Devotion on the Water

Paddle & Praise is a peaceful, come-as-you-are gathering hosted by AZ Paddle Junkie, created to start your morning with faith, community, and the natural beauty of Lake Pleasant.

We meet once a month on the shoreline inside Lake Pleasant Regional Park at the end of Desert Tortoise Road for a short devotion and prayer, accompanied by worship music. After the devotion, those who wish are invited to head out onto the water together, paddling as worship music plays, while the lake comes to life in the morning.

Whether you plan to paddle or simply attend the shoreline devotion, you are welcome to bring your own paddleboard or kayak.  If you don’t have equipment, rentals are available for anyone who would like to join us on the water, for a small hourly rate. There is no obligation to rent — the heart of Paddle & Praise is simply gathering in worship and fellowship.

Please reserve a spot so we know how many people to expect, even if you’re bringing your own board or kayak, planning to stay on shore for the devotion, or renting a kayak/paddleboard.

Come for the devotion. Stay for the fellowship. Paddle if you’d like.

All are welcome.
